Ballarini Non-stick

So, Food52 peppers me with emails about pretty much everything, but this morning’s on Ballarini “Professionale” nonstick caught my eye. Not necessarily for the ceramic-reinforced coating, although the 500F oven rating is impressive (if true). Rather, this stuff is supposedly FIVE MM of cold-forged aluminum. This is more good stuff than Demeyere Proline 5*, and only $52 for the 11" skillet.

Who has one, or who will take a bullet for the team and buy one?
