Say I’m baking brownies/blondies and I throw in raw peanuts. Will those cook through in the 25 minutes it takes for the brownie batter to bake?
No, the heat inside your brownie will be about 200f when done.

They would be pasteurized, or as cooked as the egg in the pastry, but not toasted.
