I tried to convince myself that I was enjoying those quizzes. If it had had any impact on my weight I mighta stuck with it, but I find counting calories tedious — especially when the data base seems less than reliable (FWIW, I always used the highest number just to be on the safe side).
I have a pretty good handle on my calorie intake on a daily basis without having to log every morsel, but I am also no longer obsessed with any particular number on the scale. ![]()
Strength, mobility, and flexibility are far more important for me at this point in my life.
