I LOVE mayo too…
For me a sandwich is nothing without a huge dollop of Best Foods, squishing out of the sides…
But, since this is about a sub for mayo…having a hard time just writing this …maybe a smear of whipped cream cheese or a dab of ranch or blue cheese dressing…
Hummus or Tahini would be good…depending on type of sandwich.
