I saw that method a few years ago in one of the food mags and tried it. Too much bacon for me, I’m sure someones out there do it.

The quilt on my waterbed is woven from bacon.
A now gone place in Austin, Slake, had a superb BLT of bacon, arugula, tomato, chipotle mayonnaise, and onion jam on a lightly toasted brioche bun. I miss it.
That sandwich is almost too pretty to eat. Almost.
I might order it this weekend, and I might make one next time I have good coleslaw at my disposal.
