I took the plunge and got myself an air fryer. (https://www.amazon.com/GoWISE-USA-5-8-Quarts-Electric-Recipes/dp/B0777RJG6D) Of course, then I read it can crack your countertop so I got a silicone mat for underneath. Now I need to play with it. Does anyone have any tips or good recipes to share?

Congrats! Even though the appliance shows the basket filled with a lot of French fries, overcrowding the basket too much will result in uneven crispness. French fries are a good way to test the settings features though.
