AIP diet

Has anyone done the Autoimmune Protocol diet? What was your experience like? Was it worth doing?

Basically you can eat meats, fruits and veg but no dairy, egg, nuts/seeds, grains, or nightshades for a few weeks then slowly re-introduce those potentially inflammatory foods. This is one version of the ‘allowed’ foods list-

I have a fairly mild case of alopecia, not sure how much it would help, but it probably wouldn’t hurt.
