A jar of lemon curd

Serious eats is a great site, i love their recipes because they always work and are tested relentlessly. Some are rather intense and involved but they give fair warning about it.

Except Kenji really loves salt, so any measurement for soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, etc., I would start with half the amount called for. I do love that site though.

Oh yes! Glad you mentioned that, he’s brilliant but definitely heavy handed with salty stuff

So many great suggestions, I bought two more jars and a big bag of lemons.

So, we made crepes using coconut and almond flour. Once the stack came to room temp we spread the lemon cured out topped with raspberries and thinly sliced kiwi. Good stuff!

We also added a tablespoon of lemon curd to our almond milk smoothie and it was a nice pick me up.

Lemon curd could make cardboard tasty. We went thru the jar quickly. Id like to try making it from scratch sometime just to compare it against jarred.

Even our fussy son tried it in pancakes discovering a new spread.
