3-star French in Bangkok

Just visited the new Chef’s Table at The Lebua in State Tower 2 weeks ago. The place is now 8 weeks old. The stunning, completely open kitchen is run by Vincent Thierry, who moved from Le Cinq in Paris to open Caprice at the Four Seasons HK. He took it to 3 stars, then left for Bangkok.

Now after 5 years of being out of the kitchen, he is better than ever. I would put my dinner there at a solid 3 stars - which is what they are aiming for.

I know that most people visiting BKK aren’t looking for French, but this place is worth a visit.
