$1.99/6 oz - Organic Valley Thick Cut Shredded Low Moisture Mozzarella, Part Skim, 6 oz, made with milk from pasture-raised cows, organic.
$3.99/750ml /13.5% ABV - Backhouse Pinot Noir 2019, vinted and bottled by Backhouse of Parlier CA with vineyards in Clarksburg, Lodi. Thick bottle with screw top and medium-sized punt (I think that’s what they call the dimple in the bottom). On the first day after about an hour, aromas of green fruit, lime and mandarin orange. Medium body, tastes of not-too-ripe strawberry, coffee, oak, tobacco, cinnamon, sharp but short-lived tannins and finish. For $3.99, I’ll take it.
