So it’s been awhile since I have been able to eat fried food.
Last night I went to Solo Trattoria in Freehold, my go to Italian Restaurant for the past 16 years.
George knew I was craving Zucchini flowers & made me a perfect plate of these tasty morsels, lightly battered & fried. Perfection on a plate.
Anyone know of another place that does this dish well?
