Dinner last night was a panettone French toast flavored with cardamom, orange zest and vanilla extract. Delicious - applause all around (in my head)! Big fat slices of Luger’s bacon alongside. I was planning to fry eggs over easy, but the Ft and bacon looked and smelled so good we couldn’t wait for the eggs.
Love breakfast for dinner!

Today I made French toast for a visitor using Califia Unsweetened Almond Milk and she claimed that it was delicious. The “custard” did stick a bit more than regular milk custard, but the results were excellent.
