Really, throw out all my onions?

Just don’t eat them raw - I thought cooked past 160 kills salmonella?

since i just caramelized 7# of vidalias, that’s good to know.

Same reaction. I needed them last week and had none, so of course I bought several to avoid getting stuck again. And then this…:roll_eyes:
