Excellent.

Around here (Houston) birria usually means goat (Birria de Chivo), owing I guess to the large population from Jalisco, but I knew the word means mess or stew and other meats are used.

I will have to watch this a couple more times to get it all and I will have to add this place to my list of places I’m going to have to visit if I get to LA.
