Hopefully, it tastes good. Too often tiramisu just doesnt and ends up just being sweet gloop, with no real kick from coffee or booze.
By the by, my two favourite versions was the one at San Carlo Fiorentina near me (although they’ve since changed the recipe - not for the better) and Trattoria Delia in Burlington Vermont.
It’s an ok dessert when done well.
