Your favorite festive holiday cocktail

With the holiday party season upon us, I was thinking what libations to serve for our xmas eve soirée. We are currently between French 75’s (a pitcher ideally) or Coquito… although — why not both? The French 75 pairs beautifully with the various seafoods we’ll be serving, whereas the Coquito is more of a dessert or dessert pairing — at least to my palate. Of course, there’s always Kir Royale, visually appealing and classy — or a twist on the classic with pom liqueur instead of crème de cas…
