NYTimes had a guest Op-Ed by Pete Geddes titled “The Yellowstone of the Future” and mentioned Wild Sky Beef, a collaboration for ‘wildlife-friendly ranching’. I checked out their website and they have distribution in Northern CA to several markets, including specific Costco locations as listed here:
