That was an interesting read, thanks for sharing, but if they didn’t fact-check Julia Child, what else did it get wrong? Or as I am wont to say, “didn’t we used to have editors???”

Thanks for the link, nice read. They might have also failed on fact checking Julia Child’s cookware, specifically Le Creuset. I don’t doubt she used LC but it’s known she preferred Descoware dutch ovens. Yes, small potatoes but it’s the NY Times.
