Eater London is my go-to food encyclopaedia. They make everything sound delicious of course, so I don’t want to talk about all the disappointments I’ve had following their recos. However, I will say that the sandwich is an art in the UK - and for me, especially London. Inventive, creative, anything-goes combinations, multicultural, surprising and on and on. I am actually not a fan of sandwiches really, but I learned the how tos of a great and brave one right here in London.
