Is there a region that includes NOLA? Should be.

Anyway, the question has arisen, is K – Paul’s still open? Who owns it? Who is running it? Is the food just as good? We are coming up on the one year anniversary of Paul Prudhomme’s death.

I saw the web site, wondering who owns the place now. I don’t believe he had any children. I may be wrong about that.
