I would send that to MIL who always says “but it’s organic” but she still wouldn’t get it.

I’m tempted to copy your link and post the GMO graphics to the thread about GMOs.

What if you sent her the graphics for egg or dairy producer ratings? At least she could see how high or low her products are rated.
