Eh, who needs content anyway? If only Eater proofread with the same zeal that Chowhound moderates. Creme anglaise to ‘pore’ into your soufflé? ‘Malted salt’ on a gluten free brownie? I’m skeptical. Any other dumb “reporting” you’ve read lately?
I read misspelled crawls on the news on TV all the time, too. And don’t get me started on the epidemic of illiteracy in my local paper, Newsday’s news sections.
To be honest, I am enjoying the food talk too much to care how useless other food sites are right now. So glad not to feel limited to CH as my only access to all the great cooks and eaters here, I’ll say that.
