Which is better for you, raw or cooked?

I loved cooked vegetables so long you do not overcook them to ripe but at least warm them with some heat. Okay I don’t think I can eat raw vegetables because I don’t love the crunchy sound when chewing and some sort of the vegetable aroma that I am not used to in my normal meals. So obviously my opinion here is cooked vegetables.

While we all of course have our personal preferences, the quiz is more about which state provides more nutrients/benefits, cooked or raw.
