Where to eat in The Hamptons, Long Island off season?

Fini Pizza, Amagansett
Branch of this Brooklyn pizzeria opened sometime in the past year, what a nice surprise, easily the best pizza in the Hamptons.

Clam Bar, Napeague
Fresh and local little neck perfection, a bargain at $19 a dozen. Worlds biggest cod in a fish and chip was way too bready but the cod underneath was good . Broiled snapper with mango salsa was fresh but tad overcooked. Lobster rolls were prohibitively expensive ($44 cold $46 warm)I think the move is to split fried clam bellies and 3 dozen little necks on the half shell.

Still really good. I wasn’t so crazy about the grandma pie though.

Consistently delicious, the pastries taste as good as they look - great bread too.
