I use to buy very good, and very reasonably priced, veal at Safeway, but they have stopped carrying it. I get it occasionally now at Draeger’s, where it is sometimes (but not always) very good, but of course is always quite expensive.
Suggestions on where to buy veal (bonus points for better prices)? I’m particularly looking for a source for veal chops.
