Where do you buy fresh Asian, e.g. japanese (Soba, Udon) or chinese noodles in Boston which don’t contain coloring agents like Yellow 5 and also no sodium benzoate (and I am aware that people have different opinions about different food additives but we really would like to avoid those). We sometimes were able to find some fresh soba at Ebisuya but hadn’t much look with anything else
