Where can you find kalettes in the Bay Area?

I keep reading about them. They are supposed to be like a cross between kale and Brussels sprouts. Has anyone bought them? How did you cook them? Thanks.

I haven’t bought them but Whole Foods has them in the produce section (but they are bagged).

Is this the same thing that’s sometimes called lollipop kale? I only had it once in a restaurant a few years ago, have never seen it since. If it’s going by kalettes now I want to know!

I’ve never seen them referred to as kalettes, only kale sprouts. Kalette sounds much fancier

Trader Joe’s sometimes has kale sprouts. Haven’t seen them recently, but I’ll keep an eye out.

I’ve seen them in bags at Berkeley Bowl but not sure how regularly they carry them. They are delicious!
