Well, breakfast was supposed to be a poached egg (with a NEW “fool-proof” method Facebook alerted me to) over baby spinach with some of last night’s leftover hollandaise, BUT the egg yolk broke when I cracked the egg into the strainer, so I tossed that and pivoted to 2 soft-boiled eggs.
I musta lost track how long ago I got these eggs from my friend, bc they were no longer good
And so, a tiny plate of sautéed baby spinach with hollandaise is WFB. Yay
