Now that is just plain mean. I enjoy that, plus I get to explain. Two people I really like left my wfd group. Their choice. But that meant that I got to friend them on fb and get to know them better. I am convinced though they never told me this and I would never ask that it was about money. I have seen this in many other sandboxes as well. The one lovely woman wanted an electric stove badly but had to settle for gas again when her old gas stove went to stove heaven. She simply could not afford the extra charges to have things switched over. And some members though kind nice and helpful were so comfortable with their finances that they could not understand this fact. The other woman is a daycare teacher and not exactly rolling in the dough. She came from a big family in northern parts but now lives in Key West with her wonderful two daughters and Four rescue dogs. And a hamster. She still thinks of herself as a northern girl but I have convinced her that I can smell the clean salt air when she types. I call her my pirate queen and she gives me the best advice. For example when I told her about how the lidl manager scolded and humiliated me in front of the entire store she told me that dude would be singing soprano for the rest of his life. If we ever meet in person with her fire and my ice we could take over the world. I can’t afford a new car. The automatic I saddle up now cost 1,800.00. I can’t afford a phone either but I really did enjoy those pics pf the new cars that are manual. Jim loved chowhound and when they lied to him and did not save the archives he was heartbroken.
