I would say for me… red grapes because they are sweet and can turn into a fine wine - which only gets better with age.

As to your pondering over the topic, maybe too self-revealing. Me? Think I’m an onion and I’m not meaning to be funny or punny. An essential ingredient, but mostly in the background, except when raw, and with lots of layers.
