Not About Food and the Latest Topic list

We’ve made a change that by default, Not About Food topics are not going to appear on the Latest Topic list. The reason is simple- the goal of the site is to facilitate food discussions. Food topics will always be prioritized much more highly than non-food topics. The original idea about the Not About Food category is such that non-food discussions within food topics should be ‘spun off’ and not distract from the food discussions.
