What are you listening to?

I’ll never understand his suicide since he was slated to take Roy’s place in the traveling wilburys.

I haven’t heard a better version. What an expressive (and gorgeous!) face!

I saw this show at Shoreline,
Actually saw them through the years with Keith, Kenny, and Zak.
Never thought Kenny’s style fit with their over the top shows.
Got to see John at a teeny club in Scottsdale with Jerry Shirley and others as his band.
I got to shake the great man’s hand. One of my most prized memories.

Similar tastes here but also jazz. In the last year or two I have enjoyed a lot of newer classical like Ravel, Debussy, Mahler, Stravinsky, and RVW to go with loads of Bach, Mozart, Vivaldi, and Beethoven. Have also recently been enjoying much more Haydn and Brahms. I love KMFA when I am too laze to flip records.

Well, it doesn’t exactly count as what are you listening to - but I was just “flipping channels” on my iPad and I stopped — and was mesmerized — on Little Richard - I Am Everything - so much made such perfect sense. I sighed. I think I will listen to choral music now (have been a participant doe a good part of my pre-Covid life).
