PSA for US bakers that “seasonal” products are back at TJs, including almond paste, which I have not encountered there before.

PSA that the “seasonal” baking stuff has shown up if you need to stock up – pie crust, puff pastry, GF pie crust, and more. Also PSA that there are obvious supply issues. This stuff looked like it wasn’t going to last past the one box that made it to the shelves so I picked up a few for a friend who baked pignoli cookies every year: [image]
