Breakfast should be good tomorrow. Yeasted Buns With Sweet Cheese and Fruit. My family more than anything enjoys something baked for breakfast on the weekend. This is a recipe from The Sweet Polish Kitchen. There is a digital copy of the recipe on EYB. You can either use cream cheese or twarog cheese. I had some twarog which is like dry cottage cheese used in lots of baking in eastern europe. The buns feel very light. 2 buns with no apricot jam. Recipe states it makes 6 to 8 buns but my 8 bun are quite big.
