I know that egg as a; 3 minute egg. There were/are special cups for the egg. May look similar to an hour glass. Small cup holds the cooked egg in shell, turn and a larger cup is for the egg, mixed with butter.

Salmon filet from the freezer, poached with a white chocolate cordial that I poured last night and then didn’t want. Topped with chopped walnuts after the photo. Ramen and edamame. Soy sauce and ponzu. Chipotle spiced orange juice vodka martini.

White chocolate goes quite well with salmon if you combine it with lemon and other spices. The white chocolate is a good emulsifier and you have balance the sweetness.
White chocolate became “famous” as an ingredient with the white chocolate and peas dish at Jeremy Fox’s Ubuntu (most likely one of the best vegetarian restaurant ever in the US)

and decided speling is for loosers.
Clearly emboldened by MOAR of this luscious libation, WHY NOT A RICE LASAGNA? That’s right, folks: with GLUTEN-FREE ricotta. Or is it the ricotta & egg RICE that is GF? In any event, lets add MORE ricotta, plus zucchini filets… bc zucchini chuck is just not going to cut it for this one.
And why not finish your meal with a stuffed seafood baked potato, topped with MOAR seafood on a “skewar.”
