The sausages I had in Wales are more delicious than the average pork sausage in Canada.
I remember my dad talking about old bachelor farmers in rural Canada who mostly ate eggs for dinner. Many of them. 4 or more at dinner.

A well made sausage is a thing of joy. But too often, you will come across really poor quality. What youâre looking for needs at least 80% meat with good seasoning (especially pepper). You need to check out if you can source any imported bangers from one of the âBrit foodâ websites.

Truth.
I, for one, really feel that the beer is a necessary component.
Five days back, I reached my 26th anniversary of not drinking or smoking. Itâs a long time but it feels a heck of a lot longer
