I think they did an Irish Cheddar slider actually! @traceyk - just a smaller version of your favorite! (I didn’t get to try it but 3rd place is a big deal!)
I was surprised that Squires in Briarcliff wasn’t competing. They’d be a good contender as well for this event. Maybe in 2018.
EDIT! My apologies! I got 2nd and 3rd place mixed up! Piper’s Kilt took 2nd place (Yes!) with their cheddar burger and sauteed onions and Madison took 3rd with their sliders with cheddar, bacon & onion jam and MK sauce.

I prefer small burgers. That’s one of the things I don’t like about Piper’s Kilt. Also, Blazer pub. Everyone loves that burger. To me, it’s like a giant meatball!!
Yes - I completely agree! Blazer Pub’s burger is nothing to write home about. Good tomato soup, but I’ll pass on the burger!
