We have received three automated phone calls from PG&E advising us about our current outage and their progress in resolving it. The catch: we are not experiencing an outage. Our neighbors across the street are dark, and have been for several hours, but we’re comfy and warm and fully lit. Usually it’s the opposite, though - we are in the dark, and their porch lights mock us mercilessly.
