This multigrain bread is seasonal and spectacular. It is organic, so, not a bargain. Although it has cinnamon, the apple flavor dominates. Great lightly toasted, with cream cheese. Breakfast designation aside, it works perfectly in a peanut butter sandwich, chicken sandwich, or ham and cheese. With caution not to scorch the apple pieces, I imagine it would shine in French toast and croques. I once forgot to refrigerate a partial loaf, finding it over a week later. To my surprise, no mold!
Sounds great… honeycrisps are my favorite apple. Too bad we don’t have a Wegman’s where I am at.
