Here’s my plan for two adults and a kiddo with an unpredictable palate in Asheville, NC:
Upon reviewing, I can tell already it’s good that I have some kid-friendly stuff squirreled away in the freezer. 
Also, we’re camping next weekend and I haven’t factored that in yet, so some of these will carry over to the week or two.
