Monday: chicken thigh piccata with rice, leftover cabbage soup

Tuesday: Italian veal and beef meatballs with pasta TBD. also, chicken orzo soup.

Wednesday: tuna cakes with potatoes. soup to be determined.

Thursday: lamb chops, maybe with polenta

Friday: fish stew, maybe a Bouillabaisse-style
