This Washington Times article lays out nicely how the United States has moved towards fat-free dairy and questions the results. What do you think? For those living in other countries was this trajectory similar or are whole milk diary products more acceptable
Once thing I could just never bring myself to believe was that whole dairy was “bad”
I have just never been able to bring myself to enjoy or use Skim Milk, Low Fat Yoghurt, Low-Fat Sour Cream, Margarine etc
Sure, its got lots of calories and needs to be moderated for that but so many low-fat yoghurts etc just plug them back in with tons of sugar.
Now, I am not much of a milk drinker but I do use dairy in cooking and eat yoghurt or kefir nearly daily and think life without butter is not really living
glad to see the science coming back around
