Walnut bread

Walnut bread. We love this with a cheese course and of course for breakfast toast. Essentially 18 hour, no-knead method. 80% hydration, with green walnut wine subbed for almost half the liquid. Good “walnutty” flavor.

Would have had better crumb had DH not cut it while hot! But this loaf is just for us, not a dinner party, so why not?
