After the one inside of Time Square, ANOTHER NEW Vietnamese Pho and Banh Mi place just opened up inside of First Markham Place…23 and counting, all within 10-15 minutes drive from my home!
All these people don’t do any location or marketing research before opening?
Surely, Vietnamese population can’t be that many in Richmond Hill.Markham?

There’s a banh mi shop in the New Century Plaza. I can’t give an opinion because I was just passing by, but there was a lineup for it.
Over closer towards Markville Mall we’re seeing a number of new pho places over the past few years. Sadly, most aren’t very good or memorable. I always thought this proliferation of pho places was because prospective restaurateurs see other similar places doing well and decide to try their luck doing the same thing.

Don’t mind driving for good food! Prefer quality over quantity any time!..though the latter save on gasoline! Ha!
