We decided to try Vida, the new Spanish restaurant from the team behind Augustine’s Salumeria. Augustine’s is one of our favorite restaurants in Westchester, so we made a reservation for our anniversary. Everything was wonderful. I love that they serve paella for one, which is what my husband had and loved. I had a very delicious chicken with black garlic mashed potatoes. We also shared the tortilla to start which was excellent. We usually don’t order dessert, but the Basque cheesecake was calling out to me. It was also very good although I thought it could be a bit creamier in the center. All in all, we highly recommend this spot.
