We had another excellent dinner at Viaggio. We have’t been there in a while. We had most of the usually excellent dishes including onion focaccia, calamari, and charred octopus with gigante marinati, mostarda, and dried apricots.i also had the fork tender wild boar osso buco with saffron sofrito, and. citrus gremolata. It all went great with a 97 point Malbec.
