My local mini chain pub had Vada Pav replace its veggie burgers for a while in 2020-2023.
There are quite a few places to get Vada Pav in LondonON and Toronto these days. I haven’t had a chance to check any out yet.
I’m in a Bombay sandwich phase right now. I have 2 nice Indian coffee shops within a half hour walk of where I live.
