And yet nowhere in any of the three articles did people get sick or report sickness. That’s telling to me. Until the lawsuits start rolling in.
That is because vegans who eat non-vegan food suffer only moral, not medical damage. And I suspect the majority of people eat gluten free based on belief and misinformation rather than from documented coeliac disease.

Because if you were truly a celiac, you’d test your food before consuming it using commercially availlabe kits like the ones listed below.
