I have a pink lemon that had two lemons when I got it, and never produced a single one for 16 years, but now it has several. My only problem, other than they aren’t quite as tasty as the Lisbons, is that I don’t have any idea when they should be picked. I know about the Lisbon and the Meyer that I have, but not that one. I’m in zone 9b, I think.
