I remember way way back, vachon used to have a bakery/factory on Laurier street (I think), where they used to sell seconds, quantities, of may west, joe&louis, etc.
I do know that it’s closed forever, and that Vachon was sold to Canada Bread.
But now I see that there’s a factory/bakery/office on Langelier, in St. Leonard…
Does anyone know if there’s still a bakery that sells to consumers in bulk?
